We compute your feeder's hours

Events from multiple sentinels are corroborated into a single feeder-level record. A quality score shows how many sentinels backed each data point.

You claim what you're owed

When your Band A feeder delivers less than the promised 20 hours, NEPATrack generates the evidence pack, DisCo complaint letter, and NERC escalation letter automatically.

Is this legal?

Yes. Sentinel devices sit inside member premises with full host consent. We produce evidence packs and regulatory filings — not lawsuits.

I'm prepaid. Can I claim?

Yes. Prepaid customers receive compensation as free token credits deposited to your meter. We track whether it arrived.

How long does a claim take?

NERC gives DisCos 21 days to resolve complaints from the date of filing. NEPATrack tracks that window and escalates automatically when it passes.

What if my feeder isn't monitored yet?

Sign up for the waitlist. We expand to new feeders as we place sentinel devices. You can still use Cap Check for estimated-bill violations from day one — no sensor data needed.
